4 Super Easy Summer Brownie Hacks
Ingredients
Fresh Raspberry Brownies

½ cup vegetable oil (we love these with organic coconut oil, just make sure it’s melted)

¼ cup fresh raspberries cut in half
Campfire S’mores Brownies

½ cup dark chocolate chunks (or a mix of dark chocolate chunks and mini white chocolate chips)

1 cup crushed graham crackers
-
1 cup mini marshmallows (we like Dandee’s natural marshmallows)
Dark Chocolate and Toasted Coconut Brownies

1 egg

½ cup melted coconut oil
-
2 tablespoon water
-
¼ cup dried coconut shavings
-
¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
Summer Berry Brownie Sundae
Directions
Fresh Raspberry Brownies
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8” or 9×9” pan (and line with parchment paper if you have it). Prepare brownie batter according the package directions and spread evenly into prepared pan.
Evenly scatter fresh raspberries across the top of the batter and bake as directed. Let cool completely before cutting and devouring!
Campfire S’mores Brownies
Heat oven to 350F and prepare brownie batter according to packaging. Spread into a prepared 9×9” or 8×8” pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until baked on top and sides but still raw and jiggly in center.
Remove pan from oven. Working quickly and carefully, add graham crackers and mini marshmallows in an even layer. Place pan back in oven and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes until brownies are cooked through and marshmallows are nicely toasted.
Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
Dark Chocolate and Toasted Coconut Brownies
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare brownie batter according the packaging. Bake for about 33-37 minutes or until only just slightly raw in center, with baked top and edges.
Remove pan from oven and sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the top of the brownies evenly. Let them melt for about 1 minute and then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the brownies evenly. Then sprinkle coconut flakes over top.
Place back into the oven for about 3-5 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Summer Berry Brownie Sundae
Prepare brownies according to packaging. Let cool and cut.
Place in a bowl and scoop on some ice cream, drizzle with dark chocolate then sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt flakes and top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Campfire S’mores Brownies Pro tips – These brownies will be pretty messy if you cut into them while they’re hot. To get a perfect portion (with all of the melty goodness of a s’more), cut brownies when cool and warm them up right before serving. – Grease your pan and then line with parchment for easy removal after baking!
