What makes these Chocolate Chip Cookies the best you ask? They have half the sugar but twice the taste of normal chocolate chip cookies! Our SmartSugar - Coconut Sugar Blend powers these cookies to supernatural levels by using a proprietary blend of coconut sugar, chicory root fiber, tapioca, and monkfruit to take half the sugar out but leave all of the flavor in. Coconut sugar instead of white or brown sugar adds an extra rich, caramely taste to take these cookies over the top!

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 SmartSugar - Coconut Sugar Blend
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375F. Cream butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add SmartSugar - Coconut Sugar Blend and beat on medium low speed until completely incorporated. Add egg and vanilla and continue mixing on medium low speed until combined.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to mixing bowl and mix on low speed until incorporated, increasing speed to medium low until well combined. Add chocolate chips and mix on low until evenly dispersed.
Drop cookies by the tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before enjoying!
