Easy Molten Chocolate Cake
Celebrate Valentine's Day with the easiest Molten Chocolate Cake recipe! This chocolatey dessert is quick, easy and gorgeous. You just need Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix, heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips. Be sure to grab a second box of mix because you won't be able to stop making these.
Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups chocolate chips
Molten Chocolate Ganache FIlling
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease or flour cupcake pan
Mix togetehr eggs, milk, butter and mix with a whisk until just combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Fill cupcake liners halfway. Do not overfill.
Pour batter into cupcake pan.
Bake for 14-18 minutes until cake is just set or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Add Molten Chocolate Ganache
Pour milk to sauce pan on low heat and add chocolate chips. Whisk until melted.
Pipe mixture into top of cupcakes.
Let set at least 5 minutes, flip over each cake & enjoy!
