Give our products a try, and if you don’t love them, we’ll make it right — simple as that! Please read below to get your return/exchange started.

Returns and Exchanges
Need to make a return or exchange? No problem. We will gladly issue an exchange or return on any of our products. Send us an email at support@missjones.co with your order number and what you’d like to exchange or return to get started. We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
