Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. In three separate mixing bowls, add ⅓ of Miss Jones Organic Vanilla Cake Mix in each.
   

2. Add ½ teaspoon yellow Color Kitchen dye to one of the cake mix bowls to make yellow cake and blend together.

3. Add ½ teaspoon blue Color Kitchen dye and a pinch of yellow dye to the second cake mix bowl to make green cake and blend together.

4. Add ½ teaspoon pink Color Kitchen dye to one of the cake mix bowls to make pink cake and blend together.

5. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Add to each mixing bowl, 1 egg, ⅓ of the milk, and ⅓ of the melted butter. Mix together each bowl separately until the eggs, milk, butter and cake mix are just combined.

6. Grease the three 9” rounds and evenly pour ⅓ of each colored batter into each 9” round.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or just as the cake begins to brown. Let cool.

Assembly and Frosting

1. Once your cakes have cooled, carefully stack one cake layer and one frosting layer on top. Continue stacking your cakes with your desired colors and layering Miss Jones Confetti Pop frosting in between each cake layer with your offset spatula until you complete your rainbow.
   

2. When your cake layers are frosted, finish the top and edges of your entire cake with more frosting and sprinkle with confetti pop on top!
