Ingredients

Miss Jones GF Pumpkin Bread Mix

2 large eggs

2/3 cup oil

2/3 cup water

5 oz cream cheese bar, softened

½ cup powered sugar (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Optional (but recommended)

Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one loaf pan (8”x5”)
Whisk together the eggs, water, oil, and mix until combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese and softened butter together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing slowly at first to avoid a sugar cloud, then increasing speed until fully incorporated.
Pour ½ of the pumpkin bread batter into the loaf pan and top with the cream cheese frosting. Then pour in the remaining ½ of the pumpkin bread batter on top of the cream cheese frosting.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and until a toothpick comes out with moist and not wet batter.
