Ingredients
- 
            
Miss Jones Organic Pumpkin Bread Mix 
- 
2 large eggs 
- 
2/3 cup oil 
- 
2/3 cup water 
- 
5 oz cream cheese bar, softened 
- 
½ cup powered sugar (adjust to taste) 
- 
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 
Optional (but recommended)
- 
Pinch of salt 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one loaf pan (8”x5”) 
- Whisk together the eggs, water, oil, and mix until combined. Set aside. 
- In a separate bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese and softened butter together until smooth and creamy. 
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing slowly at first to avoid a sugar cloud, then increasing speed until fully incorporated. 
- Pour ½ of the pumpkin bread batter into the loaf pan and top with the cream cheese frosting. Then pour in the remaining ½ of the pumpkin bread batter on top of the cream cheese frosting. 
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and until a toothpick comes out with moist and not wet batter.
