Ingredients

Miss Jones Organic Pumpkin Bread, Muffin, Cookie, & Pancake Mix

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1-1 ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Optional (but recommended)

Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one loaf pan (8”x5”)
Add 8 tablespoons softened (not melted) butter to a bowl and beat until creamy.
Add 1 egg and mix until incorporated.
Gradually add the mix and beat until the dough starts to come together.
Add in the white chocolate chips and gently fold into the dough with a rubber spatula.
Scoop dough by the tablespoonful and place on a baking sheet 2” apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes and enjoy!
