We couldn't decide whether to bake blueberry muffins or banana bread, so we combined them. Our gluten-free blueberry banana muffins are now a cult fave. Tastes like your favorite blueberry muffin but without any gluten or added sugars.

¼ cup milk

2 tbsp butter

2 over ripe bananas

¼ cup blueberries

2 bananas for topping
Directions
Instructions
Combine mix, milk, eggs, butter, mashed bananas and blueberries into mixing bowl
Pour into muffin tin
Bake for 17-23 minutes
Top with banana slices
