Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Toffee Crumble Apple Blondie Bars

Miss Jones Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Toffee Blondie Bar Mix
1 large egg
2 tablespoons water
½ cup melted unsalted butter
2 medium apples
¾ cup of oats
⅓ cup Almond Flour
1 stick cold, cubed, unsalted butter
1 cinnamon sugar topping (pouch + extra ¼ cup)
Pinch of salt
Dash of nutmeg
Splash of vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 8x8” square pan.
Fold in apples & pour into pan.
Make the toffee crumble by adding oats, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon and cold butter. Mix together with fingers until crumbly and sprinkle crumble evenly over Snickerdoodle Blondie Bar Mix.
Bake for 28-35 minutes until the edges are set and until a toothpick comes out with moist and not wet batter.
