½ cup white chocolate chips

24 each fresh raspberries 
- 
White chocolate icing 
Directions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line 12 muffin tins 
- Combine mix, milk, eggs, butter, and white chocolate chips into mixing bowl 
- Pour into muffin tin and top each muffin with two fresh raspberries 
- Place in oven and bake for 16-19 minutes 
- Let cool and then top each muffin with white chocolate icing
