GF Nutella Churro Donut Muffins

Ingredients

    • Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffin Kit

    • 2 large eggs

    • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

    • 2/3 cup milk

    • 1 jar Nutella

    • ½ cup butter melted (for dipping)

    • Cinnamon Sugar Topping (for rolling)

    Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 12 count muffin tin

      2. Combine baking mix, milk, eggs, 6 tbls melted butter, into mixing bowl until evenly incorporated

      3. Pour batter into prepared muffin tin, filling each mold halfway full

      4. Add a dollop of Nutella on top of batter

      5. Add ¼ more batter on top of the Nutella dollop

      6. Bake for 16-18 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean when done

      7. Melt ½ cup butter in a small bowl and set aside for dipping. In a separate bowl, empty the cinnamon sugar topping packet

      8. Dip warm muffins into the melted butter, coating all sides and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar topping to evenly coat the entire muffin
