Easy Not Cornbread Stuffing

3 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup melted butter
1 small onion
½ cup celery
2 eggs
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sage

Instructions
Make cornbread according to packaging
Let cool and then slice in small cubes (½ inch by ½ inch)
Place cubes on baking tray, bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes until cornbread begins to get crispy
Sautee 1 small onion and about ½ cup celery
Once cornbread is cool enough to handle, add to mixing bowl and fold in celery and onions
Stir in 2 cups chicken stock, 2 large eggs (beaten), 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sage
Pour into glass or ceramic baking dish (about 7x11)
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
