Cupcake game getting a bit stale? Try this new twist on the cupcake: the Confetti Pop Cream Puff Cupcake! These are a super easy and surprising way to turn up your cupcakes. They are great for any occasion, made festive with our Confetti Pop Frosting.
Ingredients
Confetti Pop Cream Puff Cupcakes

1 box Miss Jones Organic Vanilla Cake Mix

3 eggs

½ cup milk

½ cup melted, unsalted butter

1 jar Miss Jones Confetti Pop Frosting
Directions
Follow the prep and baking instructions for cupcakes on the box.
Once cupcakes have cooled completely, use a knife to carefully remove the tops of the cupcakes and set aside.
For the frosting you can either mix the sprinkles in for a quick and easy prep or set them aside to decorate the edges of the cream puff. Fill a piping bag with frosting and frost the tops of the cupcake bases generously. We saved our sprinkles and put them on flat plate and rolled the sides of the frosting in the sprinkles. Once frosted, place the tops back on the cupcakes and dust with powdered sugar. That’s it!
