Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart Cookie Cups

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 370 degrees.

2. Beat together the softened butter and egg in a large bowl using a mixer on medium-low speed (if you aren't using a mixer, use a whisk for this part).

3. Add the cookie mix to the bowl and beat on medium-low speed until dough starts to come together. If you aren't using a mixer, use a spatula to fully combine ingredients. 

4. Add liners to cupcake pan

5. Using a small ice cream or cookie scoop, add cookie dough to each cup and use fingers to push dough into a cup shape until dough lines the sides to the top of the cup.

6. Bake for 7 minutes & remove from oven.

7. Add peanut butter hearts to cups and bake for 3 minutes.
